Overhead door injures storage unit customer
Excerpt from Virginia Lawyers Weekly – July 28, 2008

The defendant sent a maintenance man to the unit who worked on the door and informed plaintiff that the door was fixed. An examination of the door after the accident revealed that the track stop on the right side of the door was not installed but was instead sitting on top of a crate inside the storage unit.
