February 1, 2010 – Plaintiff was a passenger in the right rear seat of a vehicle that failed to yield the right of way and was struck on the right side. She suffered a broken left wrist, facial lacerations and a brain injury that resolved to the point that she is doing above-average work in college. However, about 12 months after the crash, she developed a post-traumatic involuntary muscle disorder or tic syndrome similar to Tourette syndrome. Plaintiff incurred $197,000 in past and future medical expenses.
