Plaintiff was rear-ended by a commercial truck on Interstate 95. Plaintiff had just merged back into the right-hand travel lane after changing a flat tire. The plaintiff was initially treated at Southside Regional Medical Center before being air-lifted to VCU Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
